Bianca Del Rio.
Shady Cunt. And my hero.
At the end of last year, Jack and I travelled down to Manchester for Bianca Del Rio’s penultimate Rolodex of Hate show at the O2 Ritz. New Year’s eve and Bianca Del Rio AND The Rolodex of Hate. What a combination! And sweet Satan, it was everything I had hoped it would be and more!

The event was hosted by Holy Trannity, and introduced and supported by the fabulous and fantastic Divina Di Campo- a powerhouse of talent and entertainment!
And then there was the Lady of the Night herself…
scathing, vicious, hilarious and the most entertaining comedian I’ve ever seen! Living up to and exceeding expectations is no mean feat, but Bianca Del Rio did just that and I am so happy we had the chance to see the Rolodex of Hate live on stage before the worldwide tour came to an end.
Bianca Del Rio, season 6 winner of Rupaul’s Drag Race, is hilariously hateful in this stand-up comedy special. The self-described “clown in a gown” takes the audience on a journey through her childhood, pointing out the experiences that created the “Rolodex of Hate” in her brain. Along the way she takes a few detours to interact with the audience. No one is safe from her lightning quick lashes, but her victims hardly have time to feel the sting before she zips on to the next topic.
This show is not for the faint of heart, so leave the prudes at church. Bianca is foul-mouthed and unapologetic, but she points out that she’s the biggest joke of all. The NY Times calls her “The Joan Rivers of the Drag World”, and Joan Rivers herself called Bianca’s humor “So funny! So sharp!”
There was a strict NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING DURING THE SHOW warning but we managed to sneak some photos before the show started! Unlike the random man who interrupted the show halfway through to take a photo from the front of the stage who was unceremoniously torn a new one and moved on by security!
After the show Jack and I did the meet and greet with Bianca and spent some time chit chatting about the Rolodex of Hate show, Hurricane Bianca, seeing her in Glasgow at Menergy, beards, boyfriends, love and life and whether she could borrow Jack…
I had (not so) secretly joked that the one thing in life I desired most was to be called a CUNT by Bianca Del Rio and thanks to some shady shit between Jack and Bianca, not only did she call me a CUNT, she declared that she HATED me and PREFERRED Jack!
